What Is Express Entry?

Express Entry is Canada's primary system for managing applications for permanent residence under three federal economic immigration programs:

Federal Skilled Worker (FSW) — for skilled workers with foreign work experience
Federal Skilled Trades (FST) — for workers in eligible skilled trade occupations
Canadian Experience Class (CEC) — for workers with Canadian work experience
